Yes, we are committed to cruelty-free practices and do not test our products on animals. Our perfumes are also vegan-friendly, formulated without the use of any animal-derived ingredients.

The longevity of our fragrances varies depending on factors such as skin type, application method, and environmental conditions. However, our perfumes are designed to provide long-lasting scent experiences. On average, our scents will last 4-6 hours, but many customers report enjoying the aroma for up to 6-8 hours. 

Yes, we understand the importance of trying a fragrance before committing to a full-size bottle. We offer sample sizes or testers of our perfumes, allowing you to experience the scent before making a purchase decision. Visit our sample page here. A sample of our 3 fragrances costs $18 USD with free ground shipping included.

While we strive to create products suitable for a wide range of skin types, individuals with sensitive skin may still experience reactions to certain ingredients. We recommend performing a patch test before using the product extensively, and if irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

To preserve the quality and potency of your perfumes, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid storing them in the bathroom, as humidity can degrade the fragrance over time. Keeping the bottle tightly capped when not in use also helps maintain the scent’s integrity.

FAQ - Return and Exchange Policy

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your perfume, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy within a specified timeframe. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more details.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Perfume bottles must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@elladivina.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used perfumes due to health and safety regulations. However, if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately for assistance.

If your perfume arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item for our records.

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including gift cards and sample-sized products. Final sale items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, and exchanges are processed promptly after receiving the returned item.

If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a mistake on our part or if the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the shipping address and instructions. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Items purchased from third-party retailers are subject to the return and exchange policies of the respective retailer. Please contact the retailer directly for assistance with returns or exchanges.
